Meet Richie Villanueva
Richie did not come to real estate from a sales background. He came to it from service. After 17 years in the Fire Department, he spent years showing up for his Colorado Springs neighbors in the moments that mattered most. That same instinct, show up, be honest, take care of people, is exactly how he runs Nuvill today.
Colorado Springs has been home for most of Richie’s life. He attended college here and is raising his family here. He has been a licensed REALTOR® and a member of PPAR, CAR, and PAR since 2005. He knows this city as a neighbor first and an agent second, and clients come to him for straight answers, patient guidance, and follow-through that lasts long after closing day.
Meet Hannah Watts
Hannah knows what it takes to put down roots in Colorado Springs, because she has done it herself: raising four kids here and staying involved every step of the way as an active PTA member. That makes her especially good with families. She understands school boundaries, neighborhood feel, and what it really takes to find a home a family can grow into.
Hannah has been a licensed REALTOR® and a member of PPAR, CAR, and NAR since 2006. She is also an approved Veterans United Realty agent, trained in VA loan requirements and the unique challenges military buyers face near Fort Carson and Peterson Space Force Base.
